About Jahorina ski resort
Jahorina is the largest ski resort near Sarajevo and hosted the women's alpine events at the 1984 Winter Olympics. Hotels and lifts sit high on the mountain, and the season usually runs from December to March, with night skiing on selected slopes.
In summer the resort is a quiet base for hiking, with forest trails and cooler air than the city.
